  2. Choose Your Base: Begin with the colour that feels closest to your intention. If you seek peace, start with blue. If you seek energy, begin with red.

3. Enhance with Blends: Add a second colour to refine your base. For example:

You don't need much paint to practice colour alchemy, in fact you can use any medium if you have coloured pencils, wax crayons, or similar experiments.
